The InBody, body composition analyzer quickly measures your fat mass, muscle mass, and body water. This 15 second, non-invasive test requires you to stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes. Your results provide us with 3 key areas of feedback: basal metabolic rate, muscle-fat analysis and segmental lean analysis. We will also use this information to track your body  composition history.

We will monitor changes in weight, skeletal muscle mass and percent of body fat over time. By monitoring the changes in your body composition, we will adjust your weight loss program as needed for you to continue to achieve your health and weight loss goals.
